How a case is documented

What has to be true before we publish

  1. 01

    Seller agrees

The account owner asks for or agrees to publication, and approves the wording.

  2. 02

    Figures checked

Revenue, dates and metrics come from the seller's own screens, not our recollection.

  3. 03

    Details removed

Account names, reason lines and anything identifying stay off the page unless the seller wants them on it.

  4. 04

    Context kept

What made the case work, and what would have made it fail, both stay in.

  5. 05

    No promises attached

Every case carries the same note: outcomes vary by reason, history and evidence.

FAQ

Questions about working with Slayva

Why are there so few cases here?

Because we only publish a case when the seller has confirmed the detail in writing and is happy for it to appear. Most of our work is on accounts whose owners do not want the account identified. We would rather show three confirmed cases than thirty invented ones.

Do the timelines here apply to my case?

No. Reinstatement timing depends on the reason group, the account history and the quality of the evidence. Reviewing teams differ and a case that resembles another can take twice as long. Nothing here is a promise about your case.

Can you tell me about a case like mine before I hire you?

Yes, on a call, without naming the account. It is usually more useful than a written case study because we can describe what the reviewing team asked for in the situation closest to yours.

Will you publish my account?

Only if you ask us to and approve the wording. Account management and recovery work is confidential by default, and stays that way after the engagement ends.
