Conversion
The listings with traffic and no sales, rebuilt first.
Listing serviceTo increase eBay sales we work on conversion first, the catalogue second and advertising third, all to a written 90-day plan measured monthly in Seller Hub.
The products that built the store, and nothing added next to them.
Impressions are there; the listings lose the buyer after the click.
Prices that have not been checked against the listings shown beside them in months.
Raising ad rates to buy sales the listings should be winning.
Markdowns and offers used in a panic rather than on a plan.
Changes made in bulk, so nobody knows which one worked.
Growth is usually already sitting in the account. We read the traffic report and sold data to rank the levers: listings that should convert better, products missing next to the ones that sell, prices out of line with the page they appear on, promotions and advertising that are not paying. The plan takes them in order of expected return, one change at a time, so each month's report says what worked.
eBay sales growth only holds on a healthy account, so every plan keeps the store inside eBay's seller performance standards while it grows.

When everything changes at once, nothing can be learned. A store that changes titles, prices and ad rates in the same week has no way to know which one moved the numbers, and so no way to repeat it. The plan exists so every change is measurable and the next quarter starts from evidence.
Stores that are healthy and selling, and want more. If the account is restricted, Below Standard or losing sales for a reason nobody has found, fix that first; growth work on a damaged account does not hold.
Management runs the account day to day. Growth is a focused plan to raise revenue: which products to add, which to cut, how to price, where advertising pays and which listings to rebuild. Many clients run both; some run growth alone with their own team handling operations.
The revenue levers ranked by expected impact, what we will change in each month, what we will measure, and the point at which we will stop anything that is not working.
No. We forecast from your data and report against the forecast honestly. A plan that promises a number before seeing the account is selling the promise.
In order, most often: listings that rank but do not convert, products missing from a catalogue that already sells, pricing that ignores the competition shown alongside it, and advertising set without regard to margin. The traffic report usually says which applies.
