Deduction triage
Each deduction classed as appeal, fix or accept, with the reason.
Every Account Health deduction triaged, appeals filed with evidence inside the window, and the dispatch, listing and content fixes that stop new ones.
Illustrative example, not client data
A creator video or LIVE brings more orders than the shop can ship in time.
Out-of-stock orders cancelled, each one a deduction.
Prohibited products, misleading claims or IP issues flagged in review.
Claims made in affiliate videos for your products.
Deductions that could have been reversed, left until the window closed.
Campaign access, listing rights or payouts limited as the score falls.
We read every deduction in Seller Center and sort it: appealable with evidence, appealable without enough evidence, or valid. The first group is appealed straight away, before the window closes. For the rest, we fix what caused them: dispatch capacity, stock sync, customer-service response, listings and creator briefs. Then we monitor the rating weekly so a new problem is caught while it is still one deduction.

Below the healthy band, TikTok Shop restricts what a shop can do, and the restrictions tighten as the score falls, ending in deactivation at 0. A falling rating usually means lost campaign access and listing rights at exactly the moment the shop needs them. Reversing what can be reversed and stopping new deductions is the fastest way back to growth.
Shop went from suspended to top rated in 3 weeks.
Sometimes. We assess the deactivation reason and the history first and tell you honestly whether an appeal is worth making. Where it is, we prepare the evidence and the appeal; where it is not, we say so before you spend anything.
Since July 2026 each shop has a 0 to 1,000 rating. New shops start at 200, which is the edge of the healthy band. Completed orders add points; violations deduct them. Below 200, restrictions escalate, and at 0 the shop is deactivated.
Those where you can show the violation did not happen or was outside your control, such as a carrier failure with valid tracking, or a listing flagged in error. Seller Center shows which deductions are appealable and the window for each.
Reversed appeals restore points straight away. The rest recover as completed orders add points and older deductions age out. Stopping new deductions is what makes the difference.
