Policy check
Every negative and neutral matched to the removal categories, with evidence noted.
Our eBay feedback removal service checks every negative against eBay’s Feedback policy, files removal requests within the 90-day window, uses revision requests where they will work, and fixes the buyer routine behind them.
Buyer cancelled, did not pay, or complained about something the listing disclosed. Removable, but only if someone files it in time.
Sent before the issue is resolved, sent to buyers who will not revise, and the year's allowance gone by spring.
The tracking shows delivery inside the promised window, and the negative stays because nobody asked.
A defensive reply under a negative puts off more buyers than the negative itself.
Condition, sizing, packaging or delay. Each negative is a listing or operations problem that has not been fixed.
Thirty days for a revision request, 90 days for a removal request. After that the options narrow sharply.
Feedback work fails when it is treated as a removal service. Some negatives can be removed and should be, quickly. Most cannot, and the job there is to reply well and fix the cause so the next hundred buyers do not leave the same comment. We do the removals, manage the revision allowance carefully, and feed every complaint back into the listing or the dispatch routine that caused it.
Every eBay feedback removal request we file cites the clause of eBay's feedback removal policy it relies on, with the evidence attached.

Short, factual replies written for future buyers, not for the one who left it.
Negatives grouped by cause so the fix goes to the listing, the packaging or the carrier.

eBay says negative and neutral feedback do not affect seller performance standards. That is true and it misses the point: buyers read recent feedback before they commit, especially on higher-priced items, and a run of the same complaint reads as a warning. Removing what policy allows and stopping the repeat pattern is a conversion task, not a vanity one.
No, and nobody honestly can. eBay removes feedback only when it breaks the Feedback policy: extortion or manipulation, harmful or profane content, orders the buyer cancelled or did not pay for, issues that were disclosed in the listing, delivery complaints where tracking shows the handling and delivery expectations were met, some return situations, eBay system problems, and buyers actioned under the abusive buyer policy. We check each negative against that list and tell you which qualify.
eBay's policy allows removal requests through Seller Help within 90 days of the transaction. After that, the realistic options are a public reply and diluting the negative with good service.
A request asking the buyer to reconsider feedback after the problem has been resolved. It can only be sent for feedback less than 30 days old. You get 5 per calendar year plus 5 more for every 1,000 feedback ratings received that year, and the buyer has 10 days to respond before the request expires. Because they are limited, we use them only where the buyer is likely to revise.
eBay states that receiving negative or neutral feedback does not affect seller performance standards. It does affect buyers, who read it before they buy, which is why it still costs sales.
Offering or demanding something in exchange for feedback is feedback manipulation under eBay's policy and can get an account restricted. We resolve the underlying problem and then ask. We never trade for feedback.
Where a reply helps future buyers, yes: short, factual, and focused on what was done to fix it. An argumentative reply does more damage than the negative.
