How to read the result
Total marketplace fees combines the referral fee and, if you entered one, the affiliate commission on a creator-driven order. Net profit is what is left after those and your own costs. On TikTok Shop the gap between an organic order and a creator order is the commission, so run both before setting commission rates.

What is the TikTok Shop referral fee?
A percentage of each completed order that TikTok Shop keeps. The standard US rate is 8% for most categories, up from 6% on 4 August 2026. A few sub-categories use a different rate; if yours does, enter it in the category-rate field.
Is payment processing charged separately?
For US shops, TikTok Shop has bundled payment processing into the referral fee. If your statement shows a separate processing line, enter the combined percentage in the category-rate field.
How do I include affiliate commission?
Use the affiliate commission field. Creator commission is set by you in the affiliate plan and is paid on orders the creator drives, on top of the referral fee.
Is the fee charged on shipping?
The calculator applies the rate to the item price plus shipping charged, which is the conservative assumption. Your settlement report in Seller Center shows exactly what was charged on each order.
Why does my settlement differ from the calculator?
Promotions you funded, refunds, returns, shipping label costs, affiliate commission and ads all appear on the settlement. The calculator shows one order with the costs you enter.
